Meet Aiyuna Spa virtual refuge
With the proposal of promoting health, well-being and quality of life, César Suzuki decided to realize his dream of creating a Spa that would be a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city, right in the heart of one of the neighborhoods that offers the best quality of life in São Paulo.
Besides offering treatments with the objective of reducing anxiety and stress levels, the brand also promotes the client the physical and emotional connection necessary for a more balanced life.
In order to provide more comfort to the client, the brand sought help to implement the website on a new platform, focused on performance, which would offer the comfort and agility in customer service and sales that the previous platform did not provide.
One of the difficulties faced by the brand was the loading and response time, which harmed the customer experience (who had considerable stress when trying to hire services through the site) when opting to purchase the service online.
How was the project done?
Thinking about the solution for the site, we suggested a platform change. For a simpler one to manage registrations, sales and business growth. The Shopify platform was the perfect option for this project, since it offers several facilities to the brand and an intuitive interface.
One of the differentials of this new site was the easy edition of information, where the client himself can edit and register new content.
A clean design was also used, with sober colors and simple layout, since the intention is for the customer to quickly find the service he wants.
To further improve the site's experience, a chat room with online consultants was added for questions regarding the agenda, services, and prices. The customer can also talk to the team by instant messaging application and perform the service there.
A visually more attractive site, with well laid out information. With the completion of the project the loading time decreases making site navigation more fluid and performant.
